Conditional Weak Measurement

The experiment is to measure to joint weak average of poisiton and momentum for a beam of light, using transverse y position as the first pointer and polarization as the second. This scheme works such that the dispacement of the second pointer is conditional on the position of the first.

These joint weak averages correspond to the Kirkwood-Dirac distribution of the quantum state, an informationally complete quasi-probability description.
